<강미리할무용단>은 ‘가장 한국적이면서도 가장 현대적’이라는 평을
받는 예술 단체다. 대담한 공간 구성력을 바탕으로 한국 전통춤의 정
신을 극장 무용으로 승화시키고 있다. 대극장 기획 공연부터 솔로 안
무전, 전통춤판 등 폭넓은 활동을 이어오고 있으며, 타 장르와의 적극
적인 협업을 통해 한국무용의 표현 영역을 확장하고 독창적인 춤언어
를 선보이고 있다.

<강미리할무용단>의 모듬북 가락을 기반으로 창작한 작품이다. 기존 삼고무나 오고무의 틀에서 벗어나,
'다를 이(異)'와 '두 이(二)'의 중의적 의미를 담으며
변화무쌍한 가락 구성으로 신명의 울림을 끌어냈던 <이고무>를 발전시켰다.
공간을 역동적으로 확장하고 재창조하며, 전통의 깊이 위에 현대적 감각을 더해
관객에게 특별한 경험을 선사하는 현재진행형 북춤이다.
This work is created based on the ensemble drum rhythms of . Breaking away from the conventional frameworks of Samgomu (three-drum dance) and Ogomu (five-drum dance), it develops , which embodied the dual meaning of 'different' (異) and 'two' (二), drawing out spirited resonance through ever-changing rhythmic compositions. Dynamically expanding and recreating space, this ongoing drum dance adds contemporary sensibility to traditional depth, offering audiences a distinctive experience. |
