빌리지는 개인의 정체성과 소속에 대한 탐구를 중심으로
전개된다. 사회 내 여러 집단의 일원으로서 느끼는 안정감
과 그로 인해 형성된 '밀봉된 낙원'의 개념을 이야기한다.
우리의 빌리지는 밀봉된 낙원이었다. 낙원은 유토피아로 여겨지지만, 실제로는 기득권의 시스템 내에서 제한된 세계임을 암시한다. 밀폐된 공간에서 벗어나 개인성을 각성하려는 욕망을 느끼고, 이를 통해 새로운 '대 탈주'의 가능성을 그린다. The village revolves around finding an individual's identity and sense of belonging. We talk about the sense of security felt as a member of various groups within society and the concept of a "sealed paradise" formed as a result of that. Our village was a sealed paradise. Paradise is considered a utopia, but it actually alludes that it is a limited world within a system of vested interests. We feel a desire to get out of an enclosed space and awaken our personality, and draw the possibility of a new "Great Escape" through this. |
